i have aliased him using vlabeler and after very little trials and tribulations and a painstaking 1200 oto lines later, he has a powerscale voicebank. please excuse my bad otoing, you are free to edit. my room has a massive echo tho sorry for that, it can probably be fixed with resampler flags.
it is recommended to use any resampler and wavtool you want, but please don't use worldline as it is worse than moresampler. same goes for the wavtools, wavtool4vcv is best. please refer here for installing classic utau resamplers in openutau.
